Shipping policy

Delivery in Sweden and the EU

Our goods are shipped with DHL, PostNord or another local carrier and can be collected at the designated pickup point after you receive notification. 

 

Delivery Cost

Sweden - Free shipping on orders of 800 SEK or more. Orders under 800 SEK are charged a shipping cost of 79 SEK.

European Union - Free shipping on orders of 1500 SEK or more. Orders under 1500 SEK are charged a shipping cost of 149 SEK.

Unclaimed Shipments and Non-Received Goods

We charge 250 SEK for unclaimed goods. If you change your mind after the package has been shipped, you must receive the package and return it to us; otherwise, it will be registered as unclaimed and automatically charged.

 

Delivery Time

The normal delivery time is approximately 1–7 business days when the item is in stock. If you want information about the delivery time for a specific item that is out of stock, feel free to contact us at order@jebiga.com We reserve the right to sell out.

If you order multiple items with varying delivery times, delivery will take place once all items have arrived at our warehouse. If you prefer partial deliveries, please contact us at order@jebiga.com.

We reserve the right to delay or cancel the delivery of purchased items due to force majeure, such as strikes, outbreaks of war, natural disasters, and other similar circumstances beyond our control.
