These terms and conditions apply to all agreements entered between Jebiga AB and its customers. The terms are subject to Swedish law and are written in compliance with relevant consumer protection regulations.
3. Orders
When placing an order through www.jebiga.com, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; a final agreement is reached when we dispatch your goods.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in SEK (Swedish Krona) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes in VAT, supplier costs, or other external factors.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/debit cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard)
- Direct bank transfer
- Payment services (e.g., Klarna, PayPal)
All payments are managed by our payment partner Shopify Payments, which also ensures security.

To offer various payment options, we need to share your personal, contact, and order details with the provider of the respective payment service. We recommend that you review our privacy policy as well as Klarna’s privacy policy for more information on how they use this data.
Jebiga reserves the right not to offer all payment methods in all cases. Any limitations to payment options will be stated on the website.
If payment is not received, Jebiga AB reserves the right to cancel your order.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver worldwide. Delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout. Delivery delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.
5.1 Transport damage
Inspect your goods upon receipt. Visible damage must be noted with the delivery company directly. Notify us within 2 days for assistance. Important: Take photos of damaged items and packaging to support your claim.
5.1 Unclaimed Packages
Unclaimed packages returned to Jebiga AB will incur a fee of 250 SEK to cover return shipping and administrative costs. Customers may also be charged for failed delivery attempts (e.g., if the recipient is unavailable).
6. Returns and Cancellations
6.1 Right of Withdrawal
Under Swedish consumer protection laws, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. To exercise this right, contact us at order@jebiga.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, or we made an error in processing your order.
6.2 Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
7. Warranty and Complaints
All products sold by Jebiga AB are covered by a 3-year warranty in accordance with Swedish law. If you receive a defective product, please contact us at order@jebiga.com with your order number and details of the issue.
8. Liability
Jebiga AB is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost income or business disruptions, except where required by mandatory law.
We strive to provide accurate information on www.jebiga.com, but errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability may occur. Jebiga AB reserves the right to correct such errors.
9. Force Majeure
Jebiga AB is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or governmental actions.

These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the appropriate Swedish court.
